The construction of furnace is made of shape steel plate, the frame is filled with ceramic bricks.

The insulation area of furnace is composed by high quality ceramic fibers strata based on aluminum oxide and

circulation air, thus heat lossiness are on minimum.

The heaters are made by doped electro-resistant wire “kanthal A1”.                             

Furnace door opens rotationally and they are filled with adequate insulations.

Furnace is dyed with primary (protective) paintand on the end with adequate final color
